Sometimes they're short-handed drivers but, I would not wait for a whole hour for a cab. I would call any other cab company out there because there are several. I would not wait no more than 20 minutes. As a matter of fact I would call all cab companies and whoever gets there first would force me to call and cancel the others. No one should have to wait that long for your taxi.
