Your guess is as good as mine. We were originally scheduled to visit there May of 2020, but CoVid hit. We then changed our reservation to October of 2020 and CoVid was still an issue. We changed again to May of 2021. My friends had already paid in full at the 2020 rates. The campground then imposed an additional fee because the Valspar golf tournament was going on and then also increased the rate for a four day Mother's Day weekend. So our payments doubled due to these events from $300 plus to $600 plus for ten nights. We also spoke to different long termers. One said they paying $1000 a month and the other said they were paying $600. So, to answer your question-I have no idea what their rate is! It does include full hookups; water, electric and sewer, and wifi. If you are a long-termer you will pay for your own electric. There is a pool that looked refreshing and hubby said the bathhouse was very clean. The park itself is small and very quiet which was very nice.
