This time of the year they very busy but no excuse not to answer the phone. Your best luck is to go to the store if u can trust me u will get all the help that way

Yes, they do but this time of year it's very busy. I ended up going in. We were in the store oven an hour. If you are sure of your child's size order online and pickup in the store its faster. I normally order online and pick up, but she got so tall I wasn't sure of the uniform fit.
