Has Kum Kau changed ownership? I noticed the food is Not as Good & There are No Chinese people cooking or Hosting in the restaurant, I've been going there since it opened and Noticed a difference in Quality & Taste !

You are right. There are no Chinese people in the kitchen. The food is poor quality.
