Your food was good last night but why are you not checking for proof of vaccination as NYC requires? It is one thing to enjoy the food but it is another to be nervous while eating.

Ate there 9/17. Vax card was checked

We were checked for vaccine when we ate there. That was on 9/13/21.

We sat outdoor. In addition I never mentioned we were never checked

Hi S Olu. I'm glad to hear your food was good and confused about the vaccination checking. We do and have required proof of vaccination with ID since August 17th for any guest wishing to dine indoors. We do not require it for outdoor dining per the NYC regulations. I'm not sure how it was overlooked in your experience as it has been a hard fast rule for almost a month and our entire staff is well aware and trained to check all guests for indoor dining. I will certainly follow up with my management team to get to the bottom of it.
