If you're parents are in agreement I don't see why not and place is all good 👍

You must be 18 years old or/and have parental written permission to get a tat at any studio if under 18. Go there and discuss it with the staff. Just remember - this is usually a lifetime decision. Getting them removed can be disfiguring !

Place is clean, they do great work. Just stop in and find out how old you have to be or give them a call.

You cannot get a tattoo under 18 in New York State even with parental consent.
