Went there this past weekend and had a great experience with salesman Nick. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We went in with a certain budget in mind and he helped us stick to it without ever making us feel we had to extend ourselves.

I rarely write a review like this but I feel compelled to. Swing set was delivered and the rope was not secured at the bottom which caused my daughter to swing to the side and fall off. They told me to tie a knot at the bottom and left it at that. Then we realized that the hardware was not installed for the large mesh swing. Waited 2 weeks to get that. Fast forward a year later they called to say they forgot to charge me for part of the order. No problem I paid half and asked them to call me in a month for the other half. So Susan from collections calls and pretty much tells me you have a balance pay it. lol ok that’s fine no need to be rude. Then she proceeds to tell me use a credit card or whatever but pay it lol. Complete rude about it. I’m just shocked that they have this woman in collections calling me on a Sunday and demanding I pay. It’s not a lot of money I have no problem paying. How about being nice ? Poor installation Missing parts 1year later and it looks like I’ve had it for 5 years And being harassed Last time we use wooden kingdom. If you do try the one in Coram. Different owners.

So we made a deal to buy kids playground set; we loved one as we walked in; it was a weekend and a nice salesperson helped us; told him to be installed on basket ball court; asked for 50% down payment; we returned few days later; amount of setup was appx $7,200 with installation. Paid him $3500 cash; generated the bill; reminded him to send someone with equipment to install on hard surface as told to salesman; he said oh those guys are not the people with knowledge (part timers) and asked for $400 extra. He would rather lose the sale than honor the commitment given by their salesperson. So disappointed; no scruples. Wanted to give business to local stores.
