Unfortunately with seafood a lot of the prices go by current market price. A lot of places run into this issue... Bills, Lenny and Joes, Close Harbor.... I would say best bet is to call them the day of to get the prices.

Big restaurants and especially chains are likely to have the luxury of purchasing in bulk flash frozen supplies so prices are going to be more consistent. I'd also recommend a call in advance.
