I have used Uber or Lyft. Please note that the tunnels may be backed up so you may need to give yourself time while making plans. Also the Uber or Lyft areas are marked as App Ride/ TNC. This was new to me when i first got to Boston airport.

We found that taxis were available wherever we were while on vacation there a month ago. I'm certain that there will be a line of them available when you deplane. We had great drivers. For us, taxis were our preferred method of transport. The doorman at the Hilton just whistles, and the taxi appears. Say hi to Chris, the doorman. Nice fellow knows how to get anywhere.

Grab a taxi. Cost was about $24 which included tip at 6pm. From hotel to airport return at 4am cost was $22

I'd just use Uber or Lyft. Remember the time does get backed up so give yourself plenty of time to get there.
