I've had several sessions with Rob and I have to say I'm 100% satisfied with the service. He gave me a very thorough breakdown of the laser removal process during my 1st session. He gave me realistic expectations on the removal based on my skin tone and I left leaving impressed with how much knowledge he has and how easy he broke down the process for me in a simplified manner. They take pictures at each session so I can see how the tattoo is fading with each visit. He is very polite, professional and nice. Each session flies by. The front desk service is also exceptional. I would highly recommend this business!
