Yea I think I had a miscarriage and they lied and told me that I was just on my period and said I was never pregnant

Is this a good hospital to give birth at?
I have a friend having severe head pain due to what we think is a spider bite. She does not have insurance. Will she be able to receive help through the emergency room?
