As long as its not a violent felony or a sex offense, they normally allow felons. However, the best option is to go to the jail or call and ask for a background check to apply at the hopehouse. They will have you bring your ID and the jail staff will print off her criminal background for her to take to the hopehouse. You have to go to the hopehouse and apply. They do intake mon- fri from 8am-3pm
