Why is it no one including corporate or the pharmacy can get ahold of a single of the departments including the manager? Why is it my delivery came with less than a quarter of what I ordered? Why is the pharmacy the only one who can do their job?

I don't know which Wal-Mart you oredered from but both of the ones I go to, the customer service desk is always open. Sometimes they are short staffed and that's why they have the dressing room staff answer the phones. Yes, they do transfer the call but customer service won't answer unless they're slow. It is a pain to have to drive there to retrieve the rest of your order.

I can't answer that for you but I know how you feel. I've gone to a Walmart 3 different times and the Customer Service Desk was closed due to people calling off. Really... no one else can do that job. What a shame. Start cross training people.
