Does the Online Virtual visit actually work? I am not confident in downloading unknown things and don't want important information to be compromise when I am trying to seek medical help

I have used the virtual visit several times and I have not had any issues with security or online compromises. Different departments use different services but for the most part they are secure.

I didn't do the virtual visit either. I'm a firm believer that an in person visit is better than on video. Did go to urgent care instead and they were nice, timely, and did what was necessary to help my problem.
