I am surprised at you scenario. ...I have had just the opposite scenario....always good service...good staff....good food....at garland road location...sorry you had such a bad visit...
This doesn't really seem the appropriate venue for your experience. I would gently recommend you seek answers and resolution through corporate or through the GM of that local restaurant. I really am sorry you had a bad experience. Give it a shot contacting the folks I mentioned if you'd like to pursue that.
If that was mgmt's response, why don't you follow a more appropriate path? No one on social media can help you directly. All decent restaurants have a customer service line, surely you asked or took names.
