question for residents : about how much for utilities for a townhome? how is insulation and warmth in winter? we moved someplace and paid 200 keeping it on 70 and want to avoid that at all costs

Apartments are well insulated in my opinion. Only pay around $100-120 in the winter for both electric and gas in the townhome.
