For people shipping, swear-ins usually start at around 830. If the person isn't leaving for basic training they start at 1 pm. You are welcome to come and see the swear-in and can go to the airport to see them off if you would like.

Since you are currently enlisted you should contact your personal office for assistance in this matter.

did meps test in january for one branch of service now i want to go to a different branch do i have to do my meps again and if so do i do the whole process again

You will have to restart the process with a recruiter for the service you want to join. Some of what you did should still be valid, other parts will have to be accomplished again.
