Ocean Palace is nice but pricey. The owner of the Avenue owns the Bugalow and if you stay there you get access to the Avenue's beachclub. Theres also a little motel on the other side of pier village but I forget it's name.

Ocean Place is on the beach. Bungalow is not. Check the prices.
There's a hotel right on the corner there it's called The Bungalow the rooms are cheap and clean and very nice
