It goes based on the trailer not the amount of people in it. And i belive its something like 325 or 350 monthly with eltetric and water included I believe
375 for the lot..
Im not sure if they charge extra after the first two, inclusive lot rent usually includes utilities for two, then $15+ each extra person a month.
If you move to that place be careful of the old fat man with the crazy lady that lives there they stay methed out and talk trash about everyone and work for the police
