I've always received better-than-average service here.
Service at Springfield mall restaurants can be questionable at times.
Service in the Alexandria location has always been great
I have visited stores in DC and the one here in Oxnard, and the service has been good at both locations.
I have to agree with Gino. I and my Fiance have always had great service. We usually have craft beers and a meal at the bar though. Aimee. Bartenderess, has always been very attentive and taken great care of us.
The only time I went during happy hour, the service wasn't as great as it usually is. Having waited tables and tended bar, that evening reminded me why I disliked working those shifts. That being said, YH service was better than the service I've received at other places that weren't busy at all. Sorry your experiences haven't been pleasant.
Every time that I've been there the wait staff has been impeccable. Very personable and always willing to assist with food selection. The Ambiance of the restaurant is nice. And the food has always been of quality.
I have not received poor serivce but I also haven't gone when it is busy.
