They scammed me, I got 3 munchkins for my daughter and they charged me $6 for them, I noticed it on my bank app because the cashier didn’t give me a receipt. When I went back in store the cashier told me that they cannot do anything because there was no manager there. This is unacceptable, and they should train their employees better

Poor employee training and operation. I usually think twice about making a review like this because I don't know if the reprucssions cen be too harsh on employees, but the person at the register didn't seem to know anything. It was obvious that the training was either subpar or nonexistent. I asked for a dozen glazed, and only afterwards I was told that there was no glazed, no big deal. The issue comes when I ask politely for a refund and was basically told no, I have never ever been to a place that was incapable of a refund, im almost certain the employee was not trained properly on how to handle the register. I didn't bother arguing because getting different flavored donuts is better than spending time arguing with what seems to be the only employee in the store who can't issue a refund. I had also ordered a strawberry coolatta and got a completely different drink, it still looked good despite being a completely different drink so I didn't even bother arguing. Just go to a different donut shop.

This DD is one of the best. People here are happy and they do their work with a smile. Morings hours can sometime take them longer. But worth the wiat when you get food the way you asked. Helped me go through the toughest mornings...
