Yes, you can. There is paath, kirtan, katha followed by Langar every weekday Mon-Thur 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Friday has longer timings till 9pm, sometimes 9:30pm.
I think it is 5am to 8:30pm and yes you can come 7 days a week
