My daughter got my a gift card for Mother’s Day . Had a hard time booking and when I got an appointment the texted not even a call saying they had to cancel my appointment . Finally got another appointment 3 weeks later they said they would add on a extra ( hot stone , oil. Etc) I was booked with a guy who does deep tissue for 1 hour . Well it was the worse massage ever !! Not only was the massage only 40mins but it felt like my 10year old was rubbing my back . There was so deep tissue or even a massage for that matter . And I was never give the extra that I was promised by the manager when I booked the appointment. When checking out the girl asked how it was and I told her the truth . I get better massages for half the price at my local foot spa . She went and spoke to the massage in the back and came back and said the massage will call you tomorrow and she took my gift card . Which was for $100 and a hour massage is only $75 . Not that I would go back anyway . But to top it off . No manager ever called me . Shame on their customers service too ! Bottom line go to your local foot spa for half the price !

Very UNPROFESSIONAL assistant manager at this location. To make my long story short I got gifts cards at garden city location for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day of one purchase worth $400 total for four different people. One of the gift cards came back as inactive which was not my fault. Was very rude and ghetto. Raising her voice. Garden city was able to help me out calmly and nicely. Even though it was a big error, I know mistakes happen but for the sole reason of her attitude me or the four other people will not be coming back to this location. I would however return to the Garden City location if I have to because they definitely put the client first and helped me out.
