Loss of words. After my son being a patient there for 12+ years, home care provider called at 4 p.m because my son was sick with cold and by law she needs an Order from PCP to give him anything even over the counter medications, which office is aware of. Provider would not talk to home care provider, would not call her back, would not do Telehealth call so she could triage symptoms. All that was needed was an Order for cold medicine. Negative Home Covid Test. Health Care Provider sent him to ER, as she said son was quadriplegic and lethargic. He is not quadriplegic and he was tired from being in day program all day and had a cold. Sat in ER parking lot for 4 hours just for viral cold. Never seen till next day with Dr. At practice who gave order for NyQuil and Dayquil for viral cold. Dr. Was nice I will admit but she is too busy to take on new patients. All could have been prevented if health care provider took 10 minutes to speak with home care provider. Seems they won't take that few extra minutes for a patient if it takes them over hours they are scheduled to work.

Horrible to get through to or get a call back. Nurses don't follow procedure. Ask for a referral for a test and they will say they'll submit but they won't.

Can never get through to make appts or talk with nurse. High turn around for drs and nurses. No consistency whatsoever.

Absolutely no complaints! Staff is very friendly, thorough and pleasant. JC is our family doctor and we have been with her for years and will continue to do so.

They are excellent team, I've been going there for 5yrs, The team helps every way they can to keep you healthy. I've had no problem with their Care.
I've never had that Problem, when the recorder comes on, I hit (0) , no matter the recorder says just wait a second, some will answer
