Yes that is correct parking lot. But they ONLY validate AFTER 5pm Monday-Friday for 3 hours. Weekends are 3 free hours with validation.

It is at any entrance to the garage as long as you still get it validated at Theismanns. Typically only the entrance on Diagonal Rd is open for non-permit holders after 5 or 6 pm.
