I'm thinking of having my bday there..but would like to know how much and what it would include..thinking of having like 10 or more people ..its my big 40 !

I had my 40th there. It was a great experience - we rented out the second floor.

Personally I would not recommend the Ritz. I would rather use therapy or industry. But personally for a birthday party therapy. My reasons therapy has an upstairs and the downstairs the downstairs is more quiet and relaxed you and your guests may feel more comfortable just sitting back and great seats chilling out. And when you are ready to dance you can go upstairs or stay in that area. plus the bathrooms are much better it's unisex bathrooms there's about five stalls and around the corner there is about for urinals. The last time I was at the Ritz kitten to use the bathroom was crazy plus the bathrooms were filthy it was like one bathroom to people 300 people. The times that I have been to therapy there was hardly wait for the bathroom which is a plus for me.
