3rd time the security guards are transphobic. I’m not sure why I keep putting myself thru the criticism, legit was told my wig would be snatched off . Everyone keeps telling me similar experiences . And my gay friends were called f@gs in Spanish and being laughed at by the hetero security guards.

An absymal hellscape of a bar that bills itself as a gay bar. Anyone in the LGBT community that isn't a cisgender, straight acting man likely won't receive a warm welcome. Security as many people mentioned previously is awful, once in the bar, the staff are rude, and drinks seem watered down. Whether you're a tourist or a local, there are far more inviting places with strong drinks and security that won't break zippers on your bag to rush you.

It's ok place to dance late night. We were 3 friends and had a good time. Smell was terrible. Had no trouble with security, showed ID just once and went out several times.

Honest answer here probably not! this club is predominantly 21 to 27 year olds even me at 33 feels very old the crowd is very bougie, cocky and if you're alone basically no one will talk to you I only attend this club if I'm with a friend and any drag queens that are performing that night I like are there. I was very let down by that club is well because one of my good friends that performs dragon New York got a really bad deal and the owners Lauren paying her to perform. So I don't think you would enjoy it there it's just a bunch of very much and their head overly privileged gays. I'm more so enjoy going to clubs with mixed groups of men. Definitely check out the Stonewall inn or maybe one of the clubs in the West village or the lower East side. Sorry Ritz my honest opinion..
