When you reserve a prepaid igloo,do you get money back if you don’t spend the entire amount?

Hello Linda, the $60 a person Pre paid for igloo can be used the night you visit forwards food and beverages and isn’t refundable if you don’t use the entire amount. Reservations aren’t required and you are welcome to join without a reservation.

I must say, when I visited with family we did not go into the igloo but we really would have loved to. Looked like it would be great fun in there. Like Ann said, it's cold up on the rooftop bar however there is a basket of blankets to pick from but come padded if you want to stay on the rooftop. Sorry not sure about the igloo reservation 🙁

You will not receive money back. The location is great. It has good spaces outside the igloos.

Hi Linda we did not reserve this rooftop bar. The Igloos were good but you don't get the views or the full experience. Mind it was cold so if you're going soon wrap up warm. Hope this helps and hope you have a Fantastic holiday.
