I was wondering if you need a special ticket to get up to the 2nd level because on the bands website it says pit only. So would I ask the staff if I can go up to watch from the 2nd level? Would they even let me?

u can go to any level with any ticket ,u just can't sit on the railing seats which gave a vip rope

I've been there many times and have never heard of needing special tickets to go to the second or third floor. There is a VIP area on the second floor that I've never been to. I would call them.

I didn't need a special ticket I had to wait for the doors to open to the rest of the concert goers. However there is seating available upstairs but I think that is only available for special VIP. But it could be based on the band's as well.

There is a VIP area upstairs but you can still get to the 2nd floor and watch with gen admission. There's not a ton of room on the rail so get there early. I'd double-check the T5 website though
