I was looking for refunds for a concert whose date was changed (21 Savage). The Facebook page says "refunds available at point of purchase". I did buy my tickets online, but does that mean I can go to the venue to get my refund?

AXS emailed me a form to fill out to request a refund. This was the body of that email: Hello,   We’re sorry to inform you the 21 Savage show at Terminal 5 on Monday, May 21st at 8pm has been postponed until Friday, June 1st at 8pm.   There is nothing you need to do as your tickets will be valid for the new date as well.    If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, simply click here to request a refund.  (Once you have submitted your request, refunds will automatically be issued to the credit card you used to purchase within 7-10 business days.)  I clicked the link and filled out the form a while ago, and got my refund a while back. I can forward you the email, but it seems like the link leads to a Google doc that is no longer accepting responses, sorry. If you bought it from AXS, you should try getting in contact with them, too.

I'm not sure. But you can ask at the boot. Because in a concert my tickets didn't make it on time to my home. And they tell me to went to the boot and they can provide them with my id

You dont have to go to the venue. You just call the site you brought it from. Hopefully everything goes well.

If you bought them from a third party you would need to go through them.

There wasnt really a refund option available on the site, thats why i was asking. I did try calling terminal 5, but their phone lines are quite frustrating.
