I've called this location 4 different time to check on my application and no one answered. It picks up and you just hear your own voice. How am I supposed to get a job like this

I would do what Timothy said. Go in before early and ask to speak to the manager.

You could go in and inquire about it if you cant get a hold of anyone by phone
