yes, there are some bbq stations...but only in designated areas..
I've never seen a campsite location as I never explored the entire field. I basically ride the area on my bike or get off my bike to rest.
Grilling is only for their campsite which i think is closed this year 2021. They only allow gas grill at the campsite. Hope this helps:)
