What can I do I live in a studio by my self. There is a man living across the hall hack my computer, phone change the lock on my door twice and pick the lock and he lock for A knife left on my table he is stalking

Get some cameras and put them in the house and put them on an alert so that you can be alerted each time there’s movement, that way you’ll get a picture of him and you can save it and send it to the police. I have cameras each time somebody moves in the house I see it on my phone or my computer, I have alerts I can see outside and they can rip out the camera but you still have the recording.

You have to be careful ,make a report to the police. No one in their mind wound be all these stuffs he have a clear Motive, cannot be trusted

do u still have this problem, had a tenant like this that i evicted, baby monitor or surveillance cameras are ur only option, go on Amazon, the police will say that it is hearsay if you accuse your neighbor
