You can only skip the line if you pay $10 additional when you get there.
They do have a fee to cut the line. I remember when I went some people did skip the line but I'm not sure if they paid online
The online reservation and payment is for the escape room. In line you'll pay $10 to enter but if you want to cut the regular line you pay an additional $10.
