I can not get anyone on the phone or a response to my email or voicemail messages. I have a large group with tickets to the escape room and some have purchased general admission. Will my entire group be able to enter at the same time?

Pay to skip the line and then sure. Otherwise if you all sit and wait in line together I don't see why not

What day are you going? If you bought for the escape room Monday through Wednesday, your group gets a private tour of the museum because it's not open to the public.

Yes, if you pay an extra $20 skip the line fee or all wait in the regular line together which is normally down the street either way.
