I am over 64yo and DDS reminder sent to me says eye exam is required to renew permit. Only allows 3 appt. options, no option for eye exam. How do I schedule?

To renew, it will automatically add the eye exam for you.

I am 65. They have equipment for eye sight exam. I filled out forms online at home and went there yesterday - just walked in. It was not busy. In and out in 30 minutes.
