I was moving back from a different state.So I needed everything.I needed to prove residency. You only need to use your driver license number and create an account on the DDS website pay for new license when changing your address.I believe it is $10.00 to process.But I am not sure and you can pay it on line.They will send a confirmation and receipt to your e-mail address.
