Why is it that when you call your store to find out if an item is at the location you are put on hold for 20 minutes and still no contact with a store customer??

Just because the inventory process is automated, does not mean someone will check for you to see if it is there. If you must shop at walmart, my best advice is to use walmart.com. Prices online are cheaper than posted in the store and the store will not match the online price. Buy what you want online, and depending on the item, you may be able to pick it up in store. Not all stores have the same inventory, so you can choose a different store for pick up if needed.
