Does Planet Fitness offer classes for when 13+ year olds join so they properly know how to use the machines? My son maybe interested in stuff I don't know how to use myself and want to keep safety in mind.

That is a good question? From what I have seen those that have been instructed by the workout coach were adults. However, I think you can ask and they will give you a definitive answer. That is great that your 13 year old is interested. I would call them and ask. I believe it should not be a problem. Remember, they (like you) believe is safety first.

Well as far as Classes go...they really don't have Classes but one of the employees there would definitely show him how to use the machines...
