Manager is very rude. Manager won't wait to listen to your sentence and hangs up on you. Won't give the number to the owner or cooperate office to report her wrongs. Poor customer service if u ask me. Will be posting this in face book.

Yeah, and the room we stayed in was dirty! Hair on the walls and floor, stained sheets, and when I complained she just rolled her eyes and shrugged. This was in August last year and we won't be staying there again.
