Normally I have a great experience, but this time I was not happy, I drove across town to pick up my prepaid for parts, only to find a locked door at 6pm. Wish they would have said something about closing early.

I use to love this orielly intell they sold me the wrong carburator and would not exchang it and said " I broke the one they gave me and used it already" when I never took it out of the box......tryed to exchange it in the condition they sold it to me in....worse service I have ever went thru and litterally spent 500 dallor on a carburator just to get screwed

Great customer service my issue was almost tripping in your parking lot from the hole that is there right in front in parking lot I almost twisted my ankle or it could have broke and almost fell you need to fix those holes. Or it could be cost effective to your store if someone got hurt.
