I would give this a 0 star but unfortunately I'm not able to. This is the second time I've been to this great clips. Each time they told me they couldn't cut my hair because I have lice. It was embarrassing and quite frankly rude when the hairstylist said it so the whole salon could hear. I asked the hairstylist why my mom and daughter didn't have it too. Because they also had their cut before me. (Due to some unfortunate circumstances we all have to sleep together in the same area.) They couldn't give us a reason. So I was like ok whatever fine. I just wanted a trim because we were there and it was close to the errands we were running. My mom called her usual stylist and thankfully she was able to get me in. I told her what your guys hairstylist said about lice. I had her check it just to be sure. Can you guess? NO LICE! We won't ever be returning here ever again. So thanks for nothing.

I give 5 stars for efficiency and convenience. On the other hand, I have found that in order to get the hair cut I want consistently I have to ask for the manager every time.
