Hi Terrance, Ronald Reagan Building Parking is the closest garage available, but there are also a number of other garages within a couple blocks of the Museum along E St NW and 12th St NW.
On the weekend and holidays, you can park on 12th Street NW for free. During the week, your best bet are the parking garages in the area.
