They are closed on the weekends because they can't find people who are willing to work. They presently are only 3 people working, the 2 owners and one other employee. It is overwhelming and exhausting to be open more days and 3 people cannot handle the volume on the weekends. It is sad for the people who can only make it on a weekend but maybe one day when folks are ready to go back to work that will change. For the time being though we get Oh Biscuit Tuesday - Friday and I am thankful for that.
They are closed on the weekends because it's the busiest times and they continue to be short staffed unfortunately. They are doing a fantastic job just keeping up with demand on other days. Hopefully they will be able to find reliable help
I agree , this place is a hidden gem and people should be able to enjoy it any day of the week. Thanks for the comments and making others aware.
