Showed up at 10pm on a Monday, waited 5min for anyone to show up and seat my boyfriend and I. We asked for coffees and then I had to ask for creamer after she brought them as she never asked if we wanted any and then we had to use our STEAK KNIVES to stir it because she didn’t bring spoons or anything and didn’t show back up any time soon. Coffee refills are free yet she never asked if we wanted more. We ordered 2 appetizers (which are practically the same price as entrees btw) and it took 40 min to come out and when she finally brought then they were COLD. Literally just fried green beans(very old oil, breading crumbled right off) and the loaded potato fry things, there’s no way it took that long to make. There were barely any customers in the place but I saw plenty of staff including in the back which I could see from our seats so idk what their problem was, I saw lots of delivery drivers come in and get THEIR orders right away. I think our waitress was too busy hanging out with her friend that came in with a baby as we kept seeing them all hanging out at her table. She never came back to ask us how the food was until we were done at which point we ordered dessert which actually only took like 10min to come out and was hot and fresh and was the only good thing about our visit. We asked for the check and then once she gave it to us it felt like 10min went by before she came to pick it up. I’m in my 20s and usually very understanding, not a Karen by any means, but I felt very disrespected and annoyed, we used to like coming here but this’ll be the last time I visit this location.

5 stars to every staff member, I do wanna say that a friend and I had a great time there last night and the food was all fresh from the grill/fryer!

A nice Fridays not far from I 95. Food was good although the boneless wings were a little dry, the sauce was good. Everything served quickly enough along with $2 draughts made the visit okay..

Will never return. Seated by a rude hostess. Bathrooms in hideous condition. 40 minutes before greeted by waitress. Fourty. And that was after we flagged down another Waitress and begged for help. Server didn't have a pen so refused to take our order. Watched the bartender make our drinks and then watched them melt on the bar for 15m before the eaitress brought them. Still no drinks. Appetizer came. STILL no drinks. Waitress came back with drinks. Still had no pen. Took the order anyway. Food came out wrong. Waitress took more than 15 minutes to bring out the whiskey sauce for the steak, which was cold. Then Waitress developed an attitude. Took more than 10 minutes to refill a soda. Finally my daughter who was celebrating her birthday called it all off and declined to order her birthday brownie so we could just get out of there. Every employee who crossed our table avoided eye contact with us. No one noticed we didn't have drinks or hadn't been greeted. We would have walked out in the beginning if our daughter had not specifically requested Fridays for her birthday dinner. She will never do that again, I'm sure. 115 dollars for four people to dine on sub par food with deplorable service. What a waste.
