how is it that all the other us cold storage have trailers load on time if not early but here they are always 4 or 5 hours behind... I have been run the same load 2 times a week and it is a 1 am load time and the trailers are never done before 5 am

How come a security guard like myself was remove from this facility because of the Tardiness?
