This park is very nice, I have gone a few times with the gkids, the only down side is some older kids using foul language and running around the younger ones, it's very hard for the younger kids to enjoy when this happens

Dogs are allowed in Memorial Park but on a leash. Dog are not allowed in the play areas of QuiNBy's Playground.
Not sure I'll have to check next time, I do know there are benches and other park items donated with names on them
Usually after dark at around 9pm or 9:30pm. You can be parked just about anywhere in the Borough around the Center of town and can usually see them. I live on Heller Rd off of S. Hellertown and both of those roads as well as the Memorial Park area are best for seeing their Fireworks (in general) if you aren't attending the "event". Get in the car and prep to pull over and watch by your car and you'll be all set for the free show.
