The main doors are unlocked and the front desk is manned from roughly 8am to 8pm. Outside of those hours, you can visit but you have to be buzzed in or out by ringing the bell to the side of the main doors.
The facility is open during the day for visitors. There is a sign in sheet. In the evening, you have to be buzzed in.
