The waiting was the worst part of the overall experience. We waited nearly 2.5 hrs for what ended up being a 5 min diagnosis and treatment. I understand ER like wait times can be long, and I did see several would be patients leave and go to the ER instead. I thought to myself, they are likely in for a longer wait. Anyway, other than the waiting, the staff were attentive, professional, and nice. I appreciated the attention to detail.

It is convenient to visit even in the evening. But overall waiting time in the patient’s room is bit long.

Nope. First come, first serve and the lines get very long. I was there at 0800 one morning and saw a doctor at 1015.
