Went in for a wax my underarm is so irritated and I'm pretty sure it's a first degree burn. Wax was done Saturday morning, it is now Monday and sti very red.

I was in the nail shop on June 9-2022 the pedicure was done by Dee he cut my toe nail very low beneath the skin, it is very uncomfortable and throbbing, he also does not speak English and he put the wrong polish on he put a gel that I did not ask for and removed it when I told him that I did not ask for a Gel. not even sure what that is, I only wanted a regular pedicure, out of courtesy he should have left the gel on, for the inconvenience of cutting my toe nail weigh below where it should have been cut.. I called and spoke with Johnny the owner and all he said was I'm sorry it'll grow back in 2 weeks. I would not go back there ever again, advise to pay attention to what they are doing to your nails. I rate ths shop a 0
